Recognising the pressures on recruitment budgets, GRS has launched a fixed fee Executive Search solution called simply Search 25. This gives clients the capability to engage GRS on a fixed fee, irrespective of the final renumeration and package offered to the selected candidate(s). Search 25 allows clients to know exactly the recruitment budget at the outset of the assignment and ensures that GRS and the client are working together to procure the selected individual(s) at the best terms possible.

Outsourced Recruitment Services
Many clients will look to hire within specific time frames or recognise that there is a continual demand for talent across their business. GRS works with these clients to provide either an annual or monthly recruitment service within which we will take full responsibility for all, or some, of the designated recruitment needs of that client.
Market Mapping & Salary Surveys
Some clients are keen to understand their competitor landscape and potential talent pool. GRS provides a comprehensive mapping survey, including names and positions, length of service, business responsibilities, career history, qualifications, remuneration, etc. Where required, we can also undertake a “soft” approach on behalf of clients to establish any potential interest in moving.
Where a client seeks a comprehensive salary survey GRS can also undertake this exercise across broad or narrow market requirements.
